Any help is appreciated. Thought Windows Installer was a pre-Windows 7 thing.
Comments
I installed in on Windows 7 Enterprise, 64bit, without problems.
And I on another of my machines, running W7-64 Home Premium.
MuseScore is a 32bit Version (for Windows at least) so it should work on 32bit Windows.
You could try to use a nightly build instead, see http://musescore.org/en/download#Nightly-versions
I'm getting this issue trying to install the version 2.0beta1. MuseScore 1.3 installs and runs fine. (OK, dug down and found a nightly under that. Will try.)
I understood that. The nightly builds are new than 2.0 Beta 1 ...
And they don't require any Installation.
That runs, without the installation. Thanks.
Do you have a 3'rd party firewall or antivirus? You may need to disable either/both first before installing.
Any info on this one? Does the final 2.0 version install correctly?
too old to be still usefull
