Tiny full measure rests (0.9.6 regresssion)
Full measure rests appear tiny in the latest nightly.

Actually it turns out that all rests look wrong in the latest nightly. Quarter-note rests look like quadruple whole rests, Eighth rests look like double whole rests, etc.
sorry, i mixed up the glyph table somehow. Its fixed in rev. 2401.
