Concert pitch setting in 0.9.4 files not read by current versions
- Start MuseScore 0.9.5 or later
- Open the file attached: "concert pitch 0.9.4" (a trumpet part saved in concert pitch using MuseScore 0.9.4)
Expected behavior: Notes > Concert Pitch should have a checkmark
Actual behavior: Notes > Concert Pitch does not have a checkmark
Discussion: Version 0.9.4 uses the following markup for concert pitch: <displayInConcertPitch>1</displayInConcertPitch>. Version 0.9.5 and later uses a different mark up: <concertPitch>1</concertPitch>
Workaround: Click on concert pitch and use Notes > Transpose to get the notes back in the correct places
(Bug present in 0.9.5 stable and r.2400 nightly, Windows XP)

Alternative workaround: Edit the uncompressed file using a text editor to have the correct mark up.
Sorry, I also forgot to attach the file mentioned above.
Rev. 2410 recognizes "displayInConcertPitch" in addition to "concertPitch". Dont know why i changed this.
Opening "concert pitch 0.9.4.msc" crashes r.2411 nightly, Windows XP.
I think it's fixed with r2415. I can't reproduce on mac or windows vista.
