Sharps or Flats for these accidentals?
The attached jpg shows a bit of a tune with the accidentals spelled the way that looks good to me. But I am no musicologist: would it be more correct to show those notes as flats? The advantage of sharps is that often no other accidental-mark is needed in the measure, whereas flats would generally need to be cancelled with a natural.

Looks fine to me. I would definitely write it that way myself.
This is correct - flats would be out of place here.
Sharps, especially as the D# resolves to the E in a piece that sounds E minor.
