Pedal lines acting weird. Please help

• Aug 5, 2024 - 22:43

I'm trying to add overlapping pedal to a part of my song. Whenever I add the pedal line, and I go to a new section on a different line, add another pedal line, the previous pedal line from the other line changes, it shifts higher. It happens every time when I try to add a pedal line. I've made a video of it to show what I mean. I've added a link to my google drive video as I can't add videos in here. I don't understand why this is happening, and I can't seem to fix it because every time when the pedal shifts, I add the pedal line again, then in another part of my music, the pedal line shifts again, and it just keeps happening. I can't manually fix it either, because if I drag it higher, the line is never at the same height as the other line so it doesn't look neat. Please help me. Thank you!

I can reproduce this. It appears that MU4 doesn't like to have the ends of pedal lines adjusted. When I use the both ends angled line, they don't need to be adjusted. But that may not be what you want. At the moment, that or don't adjust the end, seem to be your choices.
