Muse Sounds download speed is very slow
I want to download Muse Sounds from Muse Hub. In my Task Manager, my internet speed is around 20-30 Mbps. But in Muse Hub, it's 1-2 Mbps. No matter how many times I retry or relog Muse Hub, it's still the same. Is that normal? And can it be fixed? Or it's a bug?

Your internet speed pretty much doesn't matter if it is higher than the server speed. Depends on their server speed, how many servers, how many people trying to download at once. As a test, I tried downloading the latest ubuntu release and get 4.6 Mbps. Given that this release came out in April and the next is due soon, in October, I'd say not that many people are trying to download, so I'd expect a fast speed. MS 4 latest update just hit so is likely to be popular and I suspect they have fewer servers than Canonical. 1-2 Mbps? - sounds normal.

Also I still have a copy of the previous Muse Sounds. Would it work if I moved it to the current file?

I think it would be less hassle to just download the new sounds, and be done with it. You'll notice that the download tells you how long it will take. But that fluctuates all over the place. And is usually done much sooner.
