Frustration in Musescore PRO membership
I know this is not the right site but I am becaming defenseless, that nobody in the organisation listen to me to give me solution so I post it in every site I can.
I become PRO member but unfortunately I can not download anything ( suppose to be a musescore error ). I am 30 days trying to contact support and complaining but they answer every 7 days and still without solution. Weird but in my billing says I am PRO memeber and my memberdhip ends on "1970". The support e-mail is totally a fake and they do not remit back the money I paid as well.
So I warn you NOT to pay to became member PRO

You know that it is not the right site, but write here regardless?
I believe then your post qualifies as spam...

"I become PRO member but unfortunately I can not download anything"
I'm also a PRO member and can download whatever I want (so I don't think it's "a musescore error") apart from the Official Scores (ditto for PRO+ member) .
Is this the kind of score you're trying to download?

If that post is spam, then so is the main search functionality of this .org site which is in fact a search on .com
If you paid by credit card then your card issuer should be able to help you claim a refund in these circumstances. 30 days without supplying the goods is unacceptable.
Thanks to all are supporting!!.
Why spam?. Unfortuantely I am here due to my frustration in order the organisation (it does not matter .org or .com ) give me solutions becuase I do not find another way ( hope they read it ). If the email support worked normally, would not post here.

They don't read here. Here you only piss off the voluntary and unpaid supporters

Let's say you are building a house. You are acting as General Contractor and you have hired different people and companies to a) frame the house, b) put in the plumbing, c) put in the electricity, d) roof the house, etc. Now, let's say that you find a problem with the plumbing. Are you going to shout at the electrician or the roofer? Just because they happen to be on-site? No, of course not.
That's a pretty good analogy for your situation. Musescore.com is the 'plumber' who caused a problem. You are here at Musescore.org shouting at the electrician. Nobody here can help you. And no one from the plumber is here listening.
THAT's why you shouldn't be posting here.

If the plumber, (Com Musescore), repeatedly failed to show up for work then I would eventually ask the electrician, (Org Musescore), if he knew what was going on with his brother, the plumber. It's more than likely that I would sound somewhat frustrated, especially as I have paid upfront for the plumbing services. I fully understand that the brothers are not responsible for each other but thought that maybe the electrician could help.

Well summed up.
And on a personal note, I wish the electrician would always show a minimum of empathy... on this forum, instead of dismissing me out of hand...

The electricians here used to show some empathy, but after years of this s%&$ comming up time and time again, regarless of having written HoWTos and FAQ about this they just lost their temper...
Esp. like in this case, where the OP clearly knows and even explicitly states that knowlege that this is the wrong site! I know this is not the right site

You can see the post's title so you could choose to ignore the post.
I guess that for most of the aggrieved it may well be their first visit to the forum, (in desperation over the poor service from the plumber), so they won't be aware that this is a regular subject. If they had been aware then maybe they would have had second thoughts about employing the plumber.
Musescore.com could stop this coming up time and time again by providing better customer service.
I'll continue to respond even where the OP knows it's the wrong site because I am a regular visitor here so I am aware of .com's poor reputation and shoddy customer service. (Note: I only have Pro membership as it was gifted).

The op is not asking for any help.
He is just letting fellow musescore studio users about the poor support quality of musescore.com (see last sentence of his post). I don’t really see how that can piss you off.
