Musescore Keyboard doesn't place notes.

In musescore 4, I've been having this problem constantly everytime I make music in the software. I've been living with it for a long time, but at this point it has gotten on my nerves.

I just want to let know that this happens a lot, and I'm not sure why it happens exactly. I believe that the problem may be that musescore processes things a lot and quickly, which is too much for my laptop to handle. In turn, it bugs the software to not put an input or note placement whenever the piano keyboard (Musescore Keyboard) is pressed.

The only way {I} personally found a way to fix it, was by moving my mouse left and right on the keyboard really fast, which ends up forcing the keyboard to FINALLY work and place notes.
