How do i reduce notes to one measure?

Hello i was finishing a song until i came across a measure that i couldn't fit enough notes into one bar. The measure that can fit is 8 8th notes and the measure i'm trying to create has 12. how can i fit those in the measure? I posted an attachment of the measure that i'm trying to create.
