How big are exported files of a musescore file?

I created "Hauptsatzkantate" four and a half years ago. It is in German, but has eight pages. If you want to listen to it, here it is:
https://musescore.com/user/34397346/scores/6214019

I exported this Musescore file in all file formats and the size comparison is huge. While "Hauptsatzkantate without repeats.mid" has only 18 KB, Hauptsatzkantate.wav has 145 MB, 9000 times more than the latter one. The midi-File is not too bad—if you chose one with repeats.

The eight pictures are not too large concerning storage as SVG and PNG files.

The kilobyte differences are huge. If you ever want to upload an audio file here, only use a MIDI file as the quality is as good as in the corresponding WAV-file.

MIDI is not an audio format, it needs a player that has some soundfont and the quality of its playback depends on that sound font. a WAV will sound exactly as on your PC. If you want something smaller, use MP3, still sounds (almost) like on your PC (almost die the lossyness of the compression it uses), or use OGG or FLAC, IIRC those are lossless compressions.

You're not even comparing apples with pears, but with blackberries or cherries!
Mscz, midi or wav are completely different file formats. The most you can compare wav with is ogg or mp3, but not in terms of file size, because that's exactly why they were invented.

„ If you ever want to upload an audio file here, only use a MIDI file as the quality is as good as in the corresponding WAV-file. “

Bad advice. It's like saying there is no more need for a good photograph, just save space and send a colour-by-numbers template.
