Regarding Corrupted file

Hello. My computer auto updated, causing Musescore to crash. in response, my file and autosave of the file are now corrupted and seemingly, I cannot fix it. If anyone can help, please tell me. I can open the file, but not view a single thing as seen in the attached screenshots. the closest save I have is from December 10th and since then, I have added quite a bit to the score.
