So what exactly does "download SOME MORE" mean? I want to download a specific drum score, can I, or can I not download the drum score?

Free account: Only Original Work and Public Domain (unless prohibited by the (Pro-) uploader)
Paid accound: basically everything but Official Scores and those where the (Pro-) Owner disabled download

I want to cancel my "trial membership" I followed the information on the website but there is no means to do that. How do I cancel the trial membership?

Musescore did not respond to my questions regarding "how do I cancel" when I follow the instructions listed on the Musescore web site i.e. go to my account, select Subscriptions, then supposedly I can select "Manage my Benefits" but there is no selection to cancel the trial membership.
So, once again I am asking how do I cancel my trial membership. I do not authorize any credit card charges from Musescore.

Then what web site do I go to???? I have logged into my account and that does not provide the means to cancel, even though the Musescore web site "help" FAQ's say I can cancel.
Since you are part of Musescore you should be able to provide a link, or email address!

Again: nobody in this thread works for MuseScore (in the sense of being a paid employee), this forum is run by unpaid volunteers, almost exclusively.
The FAQs are not wrong. Read them properly.
