how do I open Multiple Numbered measure
At the end of my score i have added 20 extra bars or measure which are displayed in one bar with the multible number inserted how do I open them. ?

Simply enter notes! Select a multi-measure rest and press 'n' and a note name.
Or press 'm' to resolve the multi-measure rests. (It is Musescore 3)

And if you are at the end of your score, you can delete them. Ctrl+Del or Tools -> Remove Empty Trailing Measures.
How many times do you intend to ask the same question without following advice or reading the Handboook??
