Frame maybe should not be edited synchronously

I like the possibility, that editing of a part causes corrections of a music in "partiture" (score). I appreciate, that is difference between musical information (which must be the same in a part and in partiture) and between nonmusical information (which mainly serves to prepare layout).

I used Frame in score of symphonic music for some introductory information. Then I set on parts. From part I removed one of introductory frame, because I wonted them only in score. But it has disappeared also in score.

Maybe there could be possibility to set, if frame is for all related note papers or only for just the edited one. Maybe, if you edit existing frame with global efficiency and if you want to set it only for one paper, you could have possibility to choice, if you want to delete the others or if you want them only disconnect.
