Beams connected to irregular tuplets in a 4/4 time signature and on beats one and three are incorrect

Nighlty November 9 (cc98125) / Windows 7

1. Create a new score: 4/4, 32 Measures

2. Create and fill a irregular tuplet (quarter note + eighth) on the first beat:

Expected result:

Actual result: the first eighth of the second beat remains attached to the tuplet

After testing, it appears that the beats 1 and 3 in a 4/4 TimeSig are affected by this issue. Some variants are possible: I did not detail.
