Deleting first bars.
I have a score I have created from scratch. It has T & B bars for keyboard. There are 3 bars on the first line. If I delete the entire bar expecting the remaining bars to move up they do except the bass notes which stay in the original position. This is maybe an error? Hope I attached it right.

I'm not clear on what you mean. Which bar are you deleting, and how are you deleting it? And which bass notes are you expecting to move?
BTW, there is not yet a 2.0 release - just a preimilary Beta and a series of Nightly builds. So it also helps if you state which build you are using. Easiest way is to use Help / Report a Bug when filing the bug in the first place, which sends you here and fills that info in automatically. But you can get the info after the fact using Help / About.
I assume you have my PDF. The 1st 3bars of the music I want to delete and move all up to occupy two a4 sheets. If I select all the bars on that line using click 1st then shift click last then edit - bar - delete selected that's when it goes wrong. If you have further problems I can do a screen dump if you like. Thanks.
Click 1st bar in treble, shift-click 3 bar in bass, hit Ctrl-Del, voila!
Any special reason why you entered Chord names as staff text rather than as chord symbols?
Hopefully that answers your question. If you select the first three measures and delete them using either Ctrl+Del or Edit / Measures / Delete Selected Measures, those three measures disappear, and indeed, everything else moves up. If you are still having problems figuring out how to delete things, I would suggest starting a thread in the Technology Preview forum (or Support forum if using a released version like 1.3).
