Changing note pitch on score doesn't change playback (0.9.6 regression)

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Add a note to a score
2. Leave note entry mode
3. Use the arrow keys to change the pitch of the note you added in step 1 above
4. Press play

Expected behavior: Playback should sound the pitch you created in step 3

Actual behavior: Playback still sounds the orignal pitch (created in step 1)

Workaround: File > Save then File > Reload
