Tuplet brackets with non-stemmed notes

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Create a new score in 4/4
2. Click to select a full-measure rest
3. Notes > Tuplets > Triplets
4. Add a whole note to the beginning of the tuplet

Expected behavior: Bracket should extend only to the left-most edge of the whole note.

Actual behavior: Bracket extends to the left side of the page.
