Tuplet bracket initial drawn too low on page in parts if no title frame in score

Ubuntu 14.04, GIT commit: 86ec8d9

1) empty score, *no title frame*
2) create tuplet
3) generate parts
4) view part

Result: tuplet is too low on page, I guess the addition of the title frame on part generation threw off the layout calculations somehow. Maybe it's being accounted for twice - once when added in the part, once when added in the score? So far, only tuplets seem affected, but I wouldn't be surprised to see this happen with other elements too.

It fixes itself on first re-layout.
