Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open promenade demo
2. Click on the first note to select it
3. +
Expected behavior: The note selected in step 2 should now be tied to a new note in the second beat
Actual behavior: Nothing happens.

Is that expected if not in note entry mode?
What if there is alread a note with the same pitch just after this note?
Just checked with 0.9.5 and it does not work like this.
