You don't do anything but wait for the changes to be made. We have a couple of possible fixes for this in the works, but they are not approved yet. When they are, they will be come part of a nightly build.
BTW, to make sure I'm understanding:
In 1.3, you could not create glissandi between two grace notes. At least, I can't see a way to. Nor can I create a gliss from a normal note to a grace note. I can't even create a gliss between two normal notes if the second has a grace note. What I *can* do is create a gliss from a grace note to the note it is attached to. In 2.0 builds, I cannot create a gliss from a grace note to the note it is attached to, but I can at least create a gliss between two normal notes even if the second has a grace note, which was impossible as far as I can see in 1.3.

I believe this is the essence of the bug Jojo linked to - the grace notes are simply being ignored.
