parts of instruments.xml not translatable

In a4327ac instruments.xml got 2 additions and one typo fixed, these changes so far haven't made there way to Transifex, hence are not translated nor translatable

Seems that (at least?) generateTs.py needs to get run, so instrumentsxml.h gets updated

When I tried this on Windows, I got:

It seems here that under Windows at least it doesn't like the '♭'.
