[MusicXML Export] possibly incorrect key mode exported

MuseScore always exports mode major for every key, which may or may not be correct, as MuseScore does not distinguish between key modes at all and does not know the mode.

As the mode element is optional, it is better not to export information, than to export incorrect information. Changing this does not affect Finale NotePad or MuseScore import at all.
