PDF handbook, generated on a regular basis, like nightly
It's be good if we could come up with some mechanism to generate (a) PDF version(s) of the 2.0 Handbook(s) on a reqular basus, like once a night, or, even better, after every change to any of its pages.
Would be good now, as a PDF would be far easier to proof read, but would also be good later, once 2.0 has been released, and you then get added to the resource manager to obtain the latest version.
