Regression: beaming in Time Sig props inactive

Context: current github master self-compiled with Qt Lib 5.3 and Qt Creator 3.3.0 under Linux Mint 17 64-bit.

Steps:

  1. Create or open a score whatsoever
  2. Right-click on a time signature and select "Time Signature Properties"
  3. change the beaming of whatever note type and press [OK]

Result: no change to beaming in score; also, re-opening the same dlg box, no change to beaming did remain. Collaterally, after closing the properties dlg box with beaming-only changes, the score is not marked has dirty (other types of changes in that dlg box, do turn the dirty flag on).
