Text frame: centering text on the page
Hi,
I'm inserting text frames between short tunes, and I want to center the text on the page. When I select centered text in the inspector, I end up with the text centered on the left edge of the frame rather than in the center of the frame. Is this a bug or have I missed something? (This is in 2.0 Beta).

No, you're not doing anything wrong - seems to be a bug in alignment for text frames. You can work around it by adding a "vertical frame" frame than a "text frame", and adding the text to that instead.
This has been brought up before, but never submitted as its own issue to my knowledge - it was mention in conjunction with #47636: Text in Text-Frames not being seen in parts, which was marked fixed because the main issue discussed was. So I just submitted this as #49956: Center and right alignment in text frames does not work as expected.
