music time settings
I have written a score in 65bpm and decided it needed an intro. I inserted bars at the beginning of the piece but it plays the intro bars faster than the rest of the song, I tried resetting the play window timer but it still plays at 2 different speeds, how can I make them play the same. terry

By adding a tempo text with 65BPM to the new 1st note
As Jojo-Schmitz says - add tempo text to the first note because MuseScore just goes with a default 120 BPM until it reads a tempo text. The Play Panel settings only affect overall playback speed for the session you're listening to it in. Why would you want to do that? Well - you might want to speed through a piece to correct any errors or you might want to slow down a passage to practice playing it on your instrument.
