Shortcuts to switch between Page View and Continuous View

I sent the same message on January 22, 2015 but I forgot to tell my OS and keyboard.

Sorry.

Doesn't run the shortcut to switch between Page view and Continous view.
In shorcuts: Toggle View Mode: Ctrl + Alt + €, Ctrl + Alt + R

but doesn't run.

I can't see an item on the toolbar to switch to Continuous mode next to my page size. I prefer continuous but it's disappeared. Any idea how I can get it back?

Better to open a Forum Topic rather then resurrecting an issue, but right-click into the menu bar and then ticking "File operations" should bring it back

Make sure you have 2.0 or later; this option isn't available in older versions. If you can see the drop down menu for page size, immediately to the right of it is the drop menu for Page versus Continuous view. There is nothing that ever make that not the case - the two controls are both side by side on the File Operations toolbar, so you either have them both or neither.
