Apply shift-control-up/down to a selection

Currently (0.9.6b2) shift-control-up/down migrates notes from their home staff to the staff above/below on the grand staff. Shift-control-up/down can only be applied to one note at a time. It would be useful if shift-control-up/down could be applied to a selection of notes as well as to single notes. Attached is an example case where the feature would be useful.
