Vestigial handbook PDF left in MuseScore 2.0

I just accidentally stumbled across this. In Mac OS X, the file is buried deep inside the application bundle; I guess it would be included with program files or something like that on other operating systems. It's called reference-en.pdf, and it hasn't been updated since 2013. It doesn't do any harm by being there, but since the decision was made to do away with the "Local Handbook", somebody should delete it from future releases.
