Incorrect detection of courtesy accidentals for transposing instruments with Cb concert

Add and remove courtesy accidentals

1) score for Bb clarient in key of C concert (will display as D)
2) add Db to first measure, D to next measure
3) run plugin

Result: no courtesy accidental is added for the D

The same works for concert pitch instruments in the key of D. What's odd to me is that a G after Gb *does* work correctly even for transposing instruments. So I'm not quite sure what exactly is going wrong.

I think it's the octave correction for Cb that is not working correctly - Db for clarinet is Cb concert. And if I add a D an octave lower in the second measure, that one *is* corrected.

Thanks for reporting this and for your analysis, which made it easy to fix.
(using Note.tpc1 instead of Note.tpc)
