When creating new "How To" information is lost

The specific issue is the content of the "Description" section and the radio buttons for whether it applies to 1.x or 2.x. (Mind you, in some cases that last may be a good thing, if the exact same How To applies to both versions but you're forced to choose one because it's required. There should be a third option for "both".) When you click "Save" and the post is released, everything typed in the "Description" box is gone, and neither 1.x nor 2.x is specified. These things are saved on a second attempt, but never on a first.
