Score marked as "dirty" on "continue last session" even if changes were discarded (0.9.6 regression)

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Edit > Preferences > General
2. Mark "Continue last session" and press "OK".
3. Make a change to an existing score (such as the demo score). Notice that asterisk ("*") appears in tab to indicate score is "dirty"
4. File > Quit
5. When prompted to save changes click "Discard"
6. Start MuseScore

Expected behavior: Score shows the previously saved version of the score, Since this is a clean score (no unsaved changes) the tab should not have an asterisk.

Actual behavior: Tab shows asterisk even though changes were discarded

MuseScore version: r. 3015 nightly. Bug not present in 0.9.5 stable
