Ability to load plugins from user directory
It would be neat to load plugins from the user directory in addition to loading them from MuseScore install path.
Even better, if a plugin is present in both directories, the one in user directory should override the MuseScore one.
This feature will enable the update of plugins without messing with administration privileges.
