[MusicXML import (pull parser)] crash if part-name is missing

The MusicXML file referred to by #51436: Musescore 2 does not import fott size correctly from Music XML, 1.3 was fine. crashes the MusicXML pull parser with a null-pointer exception. This is caused by the missing part-name elements.
