missing accidentals
I was using pre-release candidate 0.9.6 when I first saw this. Today I installed rev 3070 which has the same problem (Windows Vista). In bar 4 of attached score the third note (C#) will not show the # sign which is necessary because the previous note is C natural. It is held internally as C# because that is the note that sounds - but will not display as such. This is a serious fault!

I tried to reproduce from scratch or even to write the same measure just before or after your measure 4 and it works.
But I don't know why it does not work for measure 4!?

As mentioned in that report the problem is inheritage from the bug in earlier revisions of MuseScore. If you click to select the first C natural in measure 4 and move it using the arrow keys the measure will fix itself.
