[MIDI import] Correct display of rests in a bar

v.0.9.6 on Mac OS 10.4.11

I have imported a 3-part arrangement as a MIDI file. A recurring rhythm appears in the piece which is as follows:
Crotchet Rest - Quaver Rest - Minim - Quaver

However, every time MuseScore has notated it starting with Quaver Rest - Crotchet Rest, which is incorrect and confusing for the player. This has happened with other similar examples within the piece and each instance has to be changed manually.

Please attach a short MIDI file that demonstrates the problem you are describing.

(NB: Sibelius displays this file with the rests in the correct order).

I tried the attached MIDI file in Sibelius 7 and the current MuseScore master e56b82d85b
The result is quite similar and contents Crotchet Rest - Quaver Rest - Quaver - Minim. The MIDI import in MuseScore has been quite improved recently, I think this bug is fixed.
