playback skips the last bar before volta
Attached is a musescore file. When played back with repeats enabled, it skips the last measure before the volta.

Could you provide details for reproducing this problem from a new score? What version of MuseScore are you using? What operating system?
I will experiment with creating as short as possible a score that shows the problem. The score was created with the 0.9.6 release candidate version in the Ubuntu Lucid Lynx repositories.
Could it be that you drop both voltas on the last measure? When you drop a volta, you need to take a look to the dashed grey line.
The "1.-6." volta bracket on the Tenor Recorder staff was dragged to the wrong measure. For details read about the "logical start and end" in the handbook (see Volta ).
Once this problem is fixed the remaining problem is a duplicate of this bug report:
#6080: Volta brackets with repeat list greater than 1 playback incorrectly
