As soon as the music is played, the sound becomes shaky, slow, and not in sync with the score. The score also becomes unresponsive and the music cannot be played properly.

Please provide more information:

- what version of MuseScore
- what OS
- your settings in Edit / Preferences / I/O
- the soundfont(s) you have loaded in View / Synthesizer
- attach the score you are having problems with
- give precise step by step instructions to reproduce the problem
