Edit Style: Hover mouse over the Header or Footer text region -list of macros

In the yellow pop-up tips panel, it would be better if the instruction for entering tags $:tag: were separated from the list of Special Symbols before it by the insertion of a blank line, and not separated by a blank line from the list of available tags following it, thus making the relationship more obvious.

This is a trivial change but this important dependency is easy to overlook on a first attempt to use the Tag facility and results in a search through the documentation for how to make it work.

By the way, congratulations to all developers for such an excellent product release.
