I just downloaded MuseScore 2.0.2 and now nothing will make any sound. I feel like there is a really obvious solution to this, but I can't find it. This doesn't seem to be an issue for others, but I don't know where else to post it.
It is better to ask for help by posting to the Support forum
But first, try following the instructions for "Revert to factory settings" in the Handbook. If that doesn't work, then post to the support forum, and be sure to say what OS you are on, and tell us what soundfont you see loaded in View / Synthesizer and what your settings are in Edit / Preferences / I/O.
j-dub: you *did* receive two replies to your post, both within 20 minutes, both asking for more information (same information as requested here). If the "revert" doesn't fix it for you, please reply back in that original thread with the requested information.
Don't worry, everybody is new at some point—and Marc wasn't saying "you should have included this information," he was saying "that would be a good next step." Glad you got it fixed!
