No sound

Please to excuse my bad english !
First time I open MuseScore all was very good ! But now no sound comes out . When I make a note : no sound ; When I push the PLAY button cursor is invisible and no sound comes out . I tried with demo partition and personnal partition . It's the same !
Help ! Please !
