[MusicXML] Import of Harmony and Forward/Backward create corrupted file
MuseScore 2.0.2 and 95bbfdcd92 (using the pull parser, the dom one is fine)

Check measure 40 and 42.
In MuseScore 1.3 or with the dom parser the harmonies are imported as expected.

Somehow, similar forward/backup elements elsewhere in this score don't cause problems, which is what made me suspect the problem has something to do with the bad tie that appears to end in this measure. See discussion in https://musescore.org/en/node/72131.
