[trunk] left margin of first staff measure too narrow (regression)

Setup: trunk rev. 3514, Windows XP w/ SP3, Qt SDK 2010.04 (Qt Creator 2.0.0, Qt lib 4.7.0)

Steps:
1) This score has been created under 0.9.6.2.
2) Open it with trunk version.

Result:
In the second system, the left margin of the measure (distance between the clef and the first note) is too narrow. This applies to all systems after the first (but not to the first system of a score).

Expected result: the measure margin should be the same as in 0.9.6.2.
