CRASH problem not solved
i did check all previous forum posts and could not find a fix. The one that seemed to shed some light was solved but not on this forum. Still wondering what to do. Mac OS X 10.4.11 Mac Intel, saves all other files but not wav, flac or ogg.

Before the crash can be fixed, the developers need to know why it crashes for you (and a few others) but not them. It is a process of elimination to find what is different about your computer and which of those differences are significant to this problem. It is an unsolved problem. For the latest, see #7671: [Mac 10.4] Exporting audio file causes crash.
My MuseScore was saving as audio just fine, literally, an hour ago. Now all of sudden, it keeps crashing. :(
I hope they can find the fix fast... Thanks guys!!! :)

Ir remains the case that no one can fix a problem you dom't demonstrate how to reproduce. A sample score with steps to reproduce the crash is the basic startung point,

So sorry, I was under the impression from my search that this was a common problem that was already being addressed.... :)
I've just submitted a formal bug report, being as thorough as I know how...

FWIW, this thread is three years old. There may have been a known problem way back then, but it would have been fixed years ago. So whatever you are seeing is definitely something new unique to something about your particular system, because in general, saving as audio *does* work for most people with the current version on supported OS's.
