I think the option is good, but sometimes the only reason I have a system/line break (that's what you mean by section break, right?) is to improve spacing and such, and not to indicate a new "section".
Section break is a new possibility, distinct from system/line break, which "open" a new section where you can have different armature without cortesy armature at the end of the previous section.
One ail is the ability, for instance, to begin a new movement within a single file.
And usually at the beginning of a new movement one write instruments names in full text;
