Width of a last row of a section

It would be a nice-to-have feature, that the width of a last row could be set of a section. There is a similar setting in Styles/General/Page/Last system fill threshold, but it applies only for the last system/row of a whole score, not for a section's last system.
Now if I don' want a last row to be justified, but be shorter (for example there is only one measure in it), I have to add a horizontal frame.
It would be great, if there was a setting for this, that would apply to all section.
