I have problems with Musescore 2.02. It crashed when I re-loaded from Musescore site.
El Capitan said that it´s not complete version or incomplete version. I couldn´t put it my application folder or use it.

Also try completely uninstalling it, sounds like something might have gone wrong qwith the download.
In the future, please use the support forums rather than the issue tracker to ask for help - Help / Ask for Help from within MuseScore.
Sounds very much like the download was interrupted. Try downloading it again. Also, make sure that your security settings in System Preferences allow apps downloaded from outside the App Store.
