1. Transpose a score up a perfect octave.
2. Undo.
Expected result: Notes are restored to where they were prior to transposition.
Actual result: Some notes haven't moved down (sounds fine, however).
Using MuseScore 2.0.0 nightly build (3996) and Mac 10.4.11.

Could you attach a sample score that does this? I wasn't able to reproduce when I selected the first measure for the promenade demo score (r. 3978 nightly trunk, Windows 7)
I should have said it happens to scores with ties.
I can't reproduce with current trunk. Can you ?
Yes - MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4338) - Mac 10.4.11.
This borders between normal and critical - update if you think necessary.
Did you use the score in #3?
Fails for me. I transposed the score UP to Gb and then ctrl-Z. I'm trying to attach the screen shot but I've been having a heck of a time doing that today. The second bar has ties between and EG chord to a higher BD chord, then a GD chord tied to a higher DA chord.
There, the attachment worked now.
Also: MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4346) - Windows XP SP3.
Let's sum up...
MuseScore trunk r4355
Expected result : After Undo the score is the same than before undo
Actual result : tie notes are not transposed back where they used to be.
It appears to have been fixed.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (912c592) - Mac 10.7.4.
