Howto notate a quintuplet with a doted notes

I can I notate the pattern of attached file.
I am familiar with notating tuplets (quintuplet).
I want to known how to notate the middle stave.
I also want to known how to notate the upper stave.
Because I am also familiar with notating multiple voices, when I known how to
notate the upper stave, then I know how to notate the middle stave.
This piece uses a 2 / 4 meter.
This pattern comes from Canto Ostinato from the Dutch Composer Simeon Ten Holt.
Please help.

Upper staff:
1. Duration 4th note [5]
2. Quintuplet [Ctrl + 5]
3. Value first 8th note dotted [4, .], second 8th note un-dotted [.]

Hmm, that's fine for the upper stave but there's a bit more to it than that for the stave below, though it can be done. It's a bit fiddly because of the nested tuplet and its' beaming across the middle of the bar. I solved it by using 3 voices, creating a custom 2/4 time signature in the master palette together with a 10-tuplet and some hidden notes (set not to play back) in voice 3 to create the beam crossing the middle of the bar.

A bit more, yes, but not necessarily needing answering, from cx1964’s words
“when I known how to notate the upper stave, then I know how to notate the middle stave.”
I would however probably have done a 10-tuplet like yours.
